1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Moon Blocs (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our project management SaaS platform (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.2 Legal Agreement
If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Service. These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Moon Blocs.
2. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility
3.1 Minimum Age

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of your account.
5. Prohibited Activities
5.1 Misuse of the Service
You agree not to violate any applicable law or regulation in connection with your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, hacking, distributing malware, or engaging in fraudulent activities.
5.2 Disruption
You will not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, nor disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership
All content, trademarks, service marks, and logos provided on or through the Service are owned by or licensed to Moon Blocs, subject to intellectual property rights under applicable laws.
6.2 User Content
You retain ownership of any data, information, or material you upload or create in the Service (“User Content”). By submitting User Content through the Service, you grant Moon Blocs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and modify your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
7.1 Provided 'As Is'
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Moon Blocs makes no warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, regarding the Service, including but not limited to the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content.
7.2 Third-Party Content
We are not responsible for any content provided by third parties or for any damage or loss caused by your reliance on such content.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Indirect Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moon Blocs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data or other intangible losses.
8.2 Total Liability
In no event shall Moon Blocs’s total liability exceed the amount you paid, if any, for accessing the Service, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.
9. Indemnification
9.1 Your Responsibility
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Moon Blocs and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
10.1 Right to Terminate
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
10.2 Survival
The provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in effect, including but not limited to Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
11.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Moon Blocs operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11.2 Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of our choice, except that either party may seek equitable or injunctive relief in courts of competent jurisdiction.
